Refund ???
Has anyone had a problem with refunds from a returned item? I sent a product back, totally unused, and have been waiting since the beginning of November for a refund. I’ve been told it takes 3 cycles (whatever the heck that means)

Hi, @snowwitchaz. It takes 5 to 7 business days for the item to reach us, and we give it another 3 days for the warehouse to open, review, and record the return. Once we have issued you a refund, it posts with your financial institution within 72 business hours. If you are receiving a paper statement, you normally would see it within a statement or two. The timing depends upon whether the your statement period has closed before or after the refund is initiated. If you do not see a refund on your statement, please never hesitate to reach out to us right away so we can check on your return/s.
