I just canceled an item and I need to know when I can see the money back on my card.

Hi @veeshop10, I am sorry for the delayed response. I see that our system had sent an electronic request regarding the authorization to your financial institution. If you still see the authorization, I recommend checking with them regarding the availability of funds.

This is one problem I don’t think I have encountered. When I cancel an item, it is usually reflected on my credit card within a couple of days. I use Amex and they keep a pretty good eye on suspicious activity. Check to make sure it is not your particular credit card company who is at fault. Just a thought.

Good luck. I had an order cancelled on the 21st and still nothing.
