Refund Request-Shipping Cost
I ordered the NFL Silk City Nights Throw. Received the wrong team. Customer service was great; was told just ship it back and we’ll send you the right team and the order was processed promptly. I should receive it tomorrow (just in time for Christmas) and HOPEFULLY it’s the right team. My question is: I had to pay $16.00 (SIXTEEN DOLLARS) to ship the wrong item back to HSN in California. An email went out to people that ordered saying that a lot of people got the wrong item and then WE have to pay to ship it back???? The USPS did it with tracking so I could make sure it was received back to HSN, but this doesn’t seem right to me. Can I get SPENDABLE KASH for that $16.00?????

So I return my item as instructed; PAID $16 to return; get a letter from HSN that I didn’t return the item. Made a call to them; they still don’t have the return info. LUCKILY, I used USPS TRACKING to make sure the item was returned and received. I gave the HSN representative the tracking number and she agreed that it was received based on the tracking info. Right away, my account was updated marked returned on the item.
MY QUESTION IS: WHY SHOULD I PAY $16.00 TO RETURN SOMETHING WHEN THE MISTAKE WAS IN SHIPPING? THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM!! No spendable kash for a regular customer? That’s terrible customer service. Sorry, but it is.

I took a look and see that the Rebill has been canceled since our vendor let us know that they received the item. I apologize for the unneeded frustration this has caused. I have also issued a refund check in the amount of $16 to compensate for the return shipping for the error we made. You should receive the check within 14 business days.
