Refund on Item Returned
In November, 2019 I ordered a Bali Designs Sterling Silver and 18K gemstone cable cuff. Unfortunately someone changed the street number to a two digit number instead of 3. Consequently, the item was returned by the Post Office. I was charged $93.46 for this item. Shouldn’t there be a refund credited to my credit card for this purchase? I have checked all statements and nothing appears.

@oodiebom, I found another one that was returned and refunded for $93.46 on 12/4/2019. Depending on your statement cut off dates, it may be on this upcoming one.

Thanks again. You were so right. The billing statement from Synchrony is so different from Commenity. There it was staring me in the face at the very beginning of the statement. Who knew to look in that area when prior it was part of the list of items purchased. Maybe another way to offset others from doing the same thing, is to make it part of the “Flex Pay Manager” where it should show the entry and then the refund to your method of payment.

Hey @oodiebom! I remember this item and we did an exchange for a large since the size you initially ordered was on waitlist.
