Received Notification of Other Customers Deliveries
I was extremely upset that I received notifications of delivery of other customer orders – I am sure other customers received notifications of delivery of my orders. I consider this an exchange of my personal information and a breach in the trust I have placed in HSN. Has anyone else experienced this? Very upsetting.

I think the appropriate remedy is to take the matter to the State Attorney General’s Office of Consumer Affairring personal shopping information is probably illegal – shat
