Received my order broken
I just received my order today when I got home. I opened the box and was so upset my bunnies were broken. The ear was broken off on both bunnies. Im afraid to take them completely out of the box. I have pictures I took with out taking them completely out. Do I send them back what should I do.

@flowerchild99, I’m so sorry your bunnies arrived broken. We always want your orders to be delivered in perfect condition. I made a note to inform our Leadership Department. I went ahead and issued a replacement for both orders; without a need to return the original orders. UPS may be in contact to pick up the package for inspection. My apologies again on the way your orders arrived.
