Question
I called customer service on Friday and explained I odered an item but did not receive normal email confirmation. As a matter of fact, for the past week I also did not receive my normal TS emails. Rep stated she would look into it. She checked my Notification and everything was correct. To date I still am not receiving Ann rmsil on status of my purchase or any emails at all.

I’m sorry for the trouble, @hsnlady3! I’ve checked your account and couldn’t find any reason why you wouldn’t be receiving emails from us. Have you checked your spam and junk folders to make sure those emails aren’t there? If you have, please send an email to HSNSocialCare@hsn.com with the email we should have on file for you, and we’ll see what else we can do to help.
