Question on return
Do you guys charge for a size difference on a return got a medium and think I need small on a dog collar just wondering?

Hi @duckey56, I just took a look at the order and sadly this item doesn’t offer an exchange for a smaller item. You would have to return it for a refund and then purchase the smaller size.
