Good morning, Promise, last question on return ! Could you check if the refund was put towards Spendable Kash (requested on return form) ? I see the price difference amount for $6.44.

It honestly seems like returns are taking forever to process! I know I am currently waiting for my refund to be processed for an item that I can see has been delivered back to HSN & is just sitting at the Return Center. I know my last return was sitting at the return center for like 2 weeks….and no refund was ever processed. I had to contact customer support and they had to manually refund me. Never had any other company take so long to process refunds or make customers jump thru hoops just to get a refund. 🙁

Good morning,
When I enter tracking number through USPS, mailed on February 1, delivered to agent on February 5. I wanted to make sure it was received before the 30 days. Looking to spend it on my next order. Lol !
