Question for customer service
I Ordered two of these pillows and they have arrived completely flat and lumpy. Are these pillows going to expand with a little time, or is this it? They are horrible.

Hi mgsimmons7, the JOY pillows should expand over the next couple days. To help with shipping, they are packaged compactly which can cause them to appear flat when received. If you are still not happy with them, you can always contact us to initiate a return within 30 days of receipt.
