Question about Communication
I have always had daily emails for sales and events and TS. I received the TS email everyday a little after midnight.
Well it all stopped about a month or so ago.
Has this been discontinued or have I been found unworthy?
I have checked my Communication Preference several times over the past few weeks and the boxes are checked HSN Promotions and Today’s Special.

Feb 29 still no emails , …. I am saving money and really should thank HSN.

I will try that …. no mail from HSN went to spam box. I added those addresses that you listed , I will just see what happens .
There is just no logical reason (to me anyway ) why I no longer receive emails . -
Oh no @iamshortdiva. I’m sorry for the delay in response. You should still be receiving email communications from us. Would you kindly check your spam folder to ensure they are not being kicked over there? Also, please ensure your email address is spelled correctly in your account.
Lastly, it will also help if you add the following email addresses to your address book:
Confirmations HSNCustomerService@email.hsn.com
•Promotions Communitynews@hsn-mail.com
•Service e-mails Customerservice@hsn.com
•Today’s Special HSN@email.hsn.com -
I see , I really do see….. absolutely no communication or response concerning my question . I do not understand being cut off from daily special or event emails . HOWEVER it is just fine .
I loved HSN , my last purchase was JANUARY 09, 2020. I had no ideal that would be my last purchase .
