QUALITY CONTROL AGAIN!!
I did a post about a week ago because of the “As Is” item I received in such poor condition. My first step was to contact “Live Chat” & they were very apologetic & return shipping was waived. I appreciate the helpful, friendly customer service but, my concern is that Quality Control is not getting the message. I have read so many complaints about items received in terrible condition.
Yesterday I recvd. the totally wrong item & the item I wanted is no longer available. I did “Live Chat” again & the very helpful Brad waived the return shipping. Does not solve the issue of poor Quality Control.
Please forward complaints & concerns from your longtime, loyal HSN customers who spend hard earned $$ here.
