Promised delivery dates are a SCAM!! Can’t get in touch with anyone to assist!

Beyond disappointed with HSN!! Ordered on 11/29 with promised expedited shipping delivery date of 12/17. Each week I received conflicting information from both HSN and outsourced shipping company AIT. It is 12/22 and I still no order delivered. After HSN told me they could not tell me when or where my order was, could not issue refund, until i actually received the grill and then sent them this item back. It’s a giant grill how would I even get this sent back to them? They offered no alternatives. Or confirm anything. Then HSN directed me to cancel the order with the shipping company. 3 1/2 hours later on hold with the shipping company I was told my package was just received by them from HSN, still not shipped!! They also told me they could not assist me?!?

Can’t get a refund, can’t get a shipping update, can’t get accurate tracking and can’t get order that was paid for!

I’m so sorry for the frustration @minanicole2020 . I certainly understand why you feel this way. I just tracked the package and it is scheduled to deliver on 12/24/20. We greatly apologize for the delay.
