Problem with order delivery and refund
I did not receive an item from HSN, even though UPS said they had delivered it. HSN sent me a replacement, but now HSN is trying to recharge me because UPS said they delivered it. Has anyone else had this problem? HSN said they will cancel the recharge. I hope they do. UPS wants me to file a claim. Seems like a lot of work for a $30 item.

Thanks for the reply. I was surprised to get the email. I am not sure where UPS delivered the package but it was not to me. Hopefully customer service will stay good at HSN and QVC.
