
Problem Viewing Video
I have not been able to view product videos for several weeks. I never had a problem in the past. I have a Samsung S21 5G Ultra. I am able to view videos on QVC.

Hi @klee54, I am sorry for the inconvenience that not being able to view the videos on the mobile app has caused. The issue is currently being worked on and an update will be pushed out soon.

I’m so sorry that you’ve been unable to watch, @klee454! I recommend checking that you have the newest version of our app. If you do and are still unable to view them, uninstall the app and reinstall it. Should you still be unable to see the videos, we would be happy to troubleshoot this with you further at 800-933-2887.
