
Problem viewing items
Is anyone having trouble viewing items on the website? For example, if I click on Anna Griffin, I can see the first two rows of items but the remainder of the page is just gray boxes. I have to click on each item to see what it is. I’ve cleared my browser and history yet it continues to happen.

Hi Kimberlee, thanks for the information and instructions. I cleared the cookies and the web data. Nothing changed. I’m still seeing the first two lines in a category and then the remainder of the page is just blank boxes. I did read the instructions on changing the browser, it was a little too involved for me. Plus I read the problems people were having with changing browsers and I just don’t want to deal with that. So if I know of a particular item, I’ll look at that, but just browsing the website and finding things will be no more, because clicking on one item at a time is just too frustrating. Thank you for all of your assistance.

Consider downloading a compatible web browser for your IPAD, a couple examples would be like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. For cookies, try locating any instruction specific to your device; Open the settings, tap on your web browser Safari. Scroll down to Clear History and website data. We truly hope this does clear up the issue for you.

I’m using an iPad generation 10. The web browser is Safari. That’s the browser for this device. I don’t know how to change the browser. I don’t even know the name of a different browser. I cleared the history. I don’t know how to clear the cookies. And I don’t have anyone to show me how to find a different browser or clear the cookies. I was able to shop normally a week ago. I don’t understand why this is happening.

@newtricks I am sorry that you are having this trouble on our website. Have you tried another web browser; can you share which one you are utilizing as well as the PC? Also try clearing cookies/cliche. We want to help find a quick resolution to this.
