Prices changed after order placed
Web site price is 14.99 on item 779320. I ordered online and my order was 14.99 plus shipping and estimated tax. When I got the order confirmation the price was raised to 19.99 plus s/h and tax charged to my PayPal account. Checked and the price is definitely 14.99
I canceled the order and will not buy from HSN . I do not like that kind of transaction or business practice.I hope I get a full refund .

Just had another problem with not receiving an HSN refund so just cancelled my two items. Something has changed at HSN and I guess at this moment I am totally frustrated and just don’t want to deal with any more issues.

I suppose since the buyout by QVC they could be phasing out HSN. If that’s the plan, I think it poor marketing. I will start ordering from online vendors as there are plenty to choose from.

I am thinking I have read the system does this and price charged is ultimately the sales prices but I just experienced the same thing and am about to cancel my order too. It just doesn’t make any sense to cause so much confusion to customers or for HSN to ultimately lose so many sales.
