Yesterday, I ordered Perlier Royal Elixir Youth Oil on the 2 p.m. show. The price was $34.95. I received an email that my order was received and was charged $161.00!!!! I called customer service and their response was sorry, we can’t honor the price. Claimed I ordered it on a video reply. I did not. I ordered it on the live show. This is an unacceptable answer and they said it was too late to cancel the order. I can just send it back when I get it.

Needless to say, I went and canceled every single auto-delivery I had and will not be shopping HSN anymore.

I’m so sorry for this mix-up! I was able to confirm that the price of 888712 on 05.04.25 was $39.95. It did go back up to full price on 05.05, but your order was in our system on 05.04. Just now, I was able to refund $118.80 from the $161.95. This brings your new total down to $43.15—the item price plus applicable sales tax.

Please accept my apologies that your initial call did not result in a resolution, but thank you for reaching out here so I could take another look. We appreciate your patience with this delayed response. This is definitely not the experience we want you to expect, and we appreciate your understanding.
