Price adjustment?
I downloaded the HSN mobile app and was supposed to get a $10 credit on my order. It didn’t work, so I called customer service on August 17. No credit has shown up on my credit card account as of this morning. Is this a normal length of time or should I wait?

I really am sorry @pace that there has been a delay in getting your refund to you. I see that there was a small issue with getting it processed to you. However, as of 8/23, our processing system has released the refund to your financial institution. You should see it in your account within 72 business hours.
