Price adjustment
Hi, I placed an order on 10/16 and the price has since dropped by $22. I would like the price adjustment. It’s the only order I still owe Flex on. 762 is the last digits of the order. Thank you.

Hi @ane1there, great catch! For the BearPaw boots, I have gladly issued the difference of $23.32 back to your original method of payment. You should see this refund in your account within 72 business hours. As for the other item, sadly that does not look like the price has dropped. If the item is on a promotion on HSN.com, sadly these promotions are not applicable to our 30-day price guarantee.
