Price Adjustment
I purchased item #724-640 on 9/26 for $59.38 and today there is a price reduction to $50.75. I realize that when I purchased these there was free shipping. I would greatly appreciate a credit for the difference.

Hi @jans924. So sorry for the delay. We’ve gone ahead and refunded you the difference, $9.32, and that will be back on your method of payment within 72 business hours. We also checked, and you did get free shipping that day. Just the item price and sales tax is what you paid.

Since I have not had a response to my question regarding a price adjustment I guess there will be none. Would have greatly appreciated some type of response though. So disappointed to say the least.
