ITEM 870-872, for $19.95. The price has been reduced to $15.96.

May I please have my price adjust to reflex this reduction?

Well, it did, or I wouldn’t have wasted your or my time writing the request. I don’t know why the history doesn’t show it and didn’t know I could use a screenshot. I will next time. This is the second adjustment that somehow did not show in HSN records. That is upsetting when I reported what I read on the website.

Hey @undawnted! I hope you’re doing well! I’m really sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I took a look at the price history for this item over the past three months, and I didn’t see it drop below $19.95. If you have a screenshot showing it at $15.96, I’d love to take a closer look!
