ITEM 829-762, for $9.95 . The price has been reduced to $7.96.
May I please have my price adjust to reflex this reduction?

Thank you for clarifying, @dynac. I’m glad you received your refunds for the discounts. I can see that the candle was delivered to a parcel locker at 8:45 am on 12/14/2024. As you’ve seen, the sleigh holder made its way through the USPS system in TN and is in NC as of yesterday morning. USPS tracking is not always real time and may not get scanned as often as other carriers so it may or may not be closer than it shows. It’s still on the way, and I am truly sorry for the delay.

Nope it finally arrived at the post office Saturday and I can pick it up tomorrow.Shipping is extremely slow for some things.We placed three orders and all were late but the sleigh has been the longest in transit.Will just be glad to get it tomorrow.Thank you for replying regarding the delay.

Hi, @dynac. I want to make sure I understand so I can help. Someone ordered something, then they were refunded for an item that never made it to you. Is that correct? In order to look into this further, I will need you to share the order number with me.

We ordered using his account,the sleigh and candle during the deals that offered the 25% off [I think that was the correct amount] and free shipping but it wasn’t deducted so he used chat and they issued the discount refund.The item shipped Dec 6 and its been going all over to different places with
” In transit” status.As of today its showing in North Carolina so no idea when its going to be delivered.So we should still get it at some point.

Family member ordered this for me on Dec 4.He was overcharged too but they issued a refund using chat.However as of today Dec 18 I have still not received it.Postal service keeps saying in transit. Chat says we have to keep waiting since its in transit.At this speed Christmas will be over before I get it.I sure would not rely on getting anything that s going to be a present.
