Price Adjustment Question

Hello! I requested a price adjustment a few minutes ago over chat. They said I was getting $16.24 back in Spendable Ka$h and only $13.02 is showing in my account. Why is there a difference?

I’m so sorry about this, @sunshinentx72! Sometimes when FlexPay are used on the order, the Price Guarantee can be split between payments. That’s what happened here. No worries, though. I’ve expedited the second refund of $3.22 to your Spendable Kash account. You should see the full $16.24 now. Happy Shopping!
