Hi. I posted yesterday and usually someone from CS is quick to respond but no one has replied to my message yet. Is my message from yesterday not showing up?
My message from yesterday was about item 124-8677. I received it with a stone missing. Could you please mail me a return label to ship it back?

I really am sorry that you never received a response from us regarding your concern @sirwilhelm. I see that you have two of these items ordered (one in January and one in March) do you mind confirming which order this was?

I took the advice from charliek and did a live chat a little bit ago. The chat rep said she put a request in, so I hope one is being mailed. It was for the one in March.
Thank you for replying. I know you all are very good with your responses, so I was surprised I never received one. Something must be going on with the forums. I see you commented a couple hours ago, but it didn’t show up on the forums until a few minutes ago….

You might try getting it through a chat. I find them very quick and efficient in an instance like that.
