Power Recliner
Received chair on Friday, 2/7. Already the USB ports have stopped working. Everything else seems to work fine. Please help.

Would you kindly contact the manufacturer’s warranty department at (657) 341-0362 so that they may assist in troubleshooting the USB ports.
If the problem persists, we may arrange an exchange, have you return the chair for a refund or we can offer a partial refund if you wanted to keep the chair as is. Please let us know what option works best for you.
