I am sorry to hear that you never received your guitar that you ordered, @didnotreceive13. We still have the item available if you would like a replacement sent out. Sadly, if the item is a gift, I can issue a refund and you would have to place a new order and select 3-day shipping in order to receive it by Christmas.
