Please unblock my account
I’ve been issued spendable cash but my account is blocked so I cannot use it. Please help! I’ve called CS & was told someone would call me back, 2 weeks & still no call.

I really am sorry for this extremely delayed response, @jeanit. Sadly, we would be unable to remove the hold that is on your account, however, I have refunded the $5.32 that was on your account to your MC. You should see the refund within 72 business hours.
