Please release my money!!
You placed a hold on funds through my bank for an order I tried making but you had it cancelled. I’d like to order again but am nervous to because this has been on there for days now. I have emailed but no response.

’m very sorry to see that we weren’t able to process your order on FlexPay, @jamout. Please know this doesn’t mean you won’t be able to order on FlexPay in the future.
I have expedited the reverse of the pre authorization. The hold should fall if in 3-5 days depending on your banks policy. I may be able to speed this process up and have them released by tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience.
