I attempted purchased a item which was canceled because Flex pay didn’t approve me. Now I have over $300 being held on my card. I need you guys to release this. My bank said they release it as soon as you guys release it on your end. I need my money for my children!

I really am sorry to hear that your order was canceled and the inconvenience this is causing, @meggerz6. I’ve sent an electronic request to your financial institution to request the authorization on your account be released. The time frame as to when the funds will become available is dependent upon your financial institution.
