Please help with an exchange!

Hello C.S.,

I recently purchased 663-208 in Chocolate Copper and it is too red for my hair but I would prefer to exchange it for a different color – Midnight Brown. As I was trying to complete the included return portion, it does not
have a place to exchange for color or item number. Could you please assist me with this exchange. I do appreciate any help with this situation.

Absolutely, @poochers1! Your Midnight Brown replacement is on the way. Please return the original within 15 days. I hope this one is closer to the color you wanted! 🙂
