Please check my Corkcicle orders..
I placed an order for 2 of these sets on 6/13/24 and they are still in packaging. The delivery date was to be today. Thank you in advance for the help.

@ebony46, I apologize for the confusion. This certainly isn’t the experience we wanted for you. The refund was processed on 7/17. The amount should be reflected on your statement.

I realize it’s not your fault that these orders were canceled. However, I never received a message that these orders were canceled. This isn’t the first time this situation has happened and not only to me. Apologies from you are accepted. But this situation is not acceptable. If a vendor cancels an order, the customer should be notified in a timely manner. My order status still says “packaging”. So, had I not asked for information about these orders, when was HSN going to let me know.? It’s already been 7 days since the cancelation. And all that time since 7/13, HSN has the use of my money. I am truly disheartened by this practice and believe it’s unlawful. -
I’m sorry to find out that you have yet to receive your orders, @ebony46! I do see that you placed two orders for Corkcicle 3-piece Hydration Set on 7/13. Regrettably, they were both canceled on 7/17 due to inventory control. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience!

If the orders were canceled on 7/17, why are they still in packaging? HSN has had my money all this time and never let me know about the cancellation. Please credit my account. Ireally am very unhappy about this situation.
