Placed an order and now there is no record
I placed an order for a printer a few days ago and when I log in to see the status of my order is says I haven’t ordered anything on the past 90 days. If you canceled it, fine but give me my money back at least 😒

Hey @brat9031! I took another look and found that you placed your order using our Guest Checkout method which wouldn’t show your order when you log in. You can use our single order look up to check your order status. I see that your order has shipped as of 7/6 so you should be receiving it soon. You can also give us a call at the number above to get an account established so you’d be able to see your orders in the future.

Hi @brat9031. I wasn’t able to locate an account for you under this nickname. If you ordered as a guest, you wouldn’t be able to see the order as normal either. Please check your bank and see if you’ve been charged. If you do see a charge but no order number is listed, you can call customer service at 1-800-933-2887 with the card number used and they can search for the order that way.
