Phone app issues
Having the same issues. Had to call to order which took way too long. I hope the issue is fixed soon.

I have been reporting the app issues to IT in hopes to get the loading issues fixed. Due to the holiday they likely won’t get my messages until tomorrow, but I have sent all of the messages posted here in the forum concerning the issue. I did not know there was also an issue with sound on videos in app as well as in browser, so will send another message to them concerning that as well. When you have issues, please share information like the model of device, browser, and/or operating system you are using as this can help the IT team address the problems. Please bear with us, we want this resolved as expeditiously as possible. Thank you again for your patience.

Weeks like this… What is going on with the silent videos? I hate when you click to watch you don’t get the sound of the videos.It is something that is new and I hate it.It is not just the app it is the site on safari and chrome.
