Pending
Hello,
I ordered a laptop 12/31…total price was $432…my debit card was charged 12/31 $452…it shipped yesterday and yesterday I was charged $432. I have TWO pending charges…one for $432 and one for $452. I need the $452 released as I should only have been charged the one charge of $432 and being charged twice like this will really mess up my banking as I have automated bills due to withdraw.

@twf888, I’m sorry to see you’re having this concern with your account. I show we processed this payment yesterday so the original authorization hold should have disappeared. When you place an order with us, we authorize the full amount before any discounts are applied. Once the order ships, we process the actual payment and the original authorization hold falls off. You should see a charge for the $432 amount. The $452 amount should disappear meaning you won’t see a refund for that amount. If you’re still seeing both amounts as pending, please reach out to your bank for assistance.
