
Pending authorization
I made a purchase for a laptop/printer bundle, the first payment was $106.00. made my payment through PayPal, I was denied the flex pay, but yet there is still a pending authorization on my account! I’ve sent email after email after email to the email address listed with paypal for hsn, but no response. It’s been 3 days already and still haven’t received the money back yet.

Hi @starr19, I really am sorry to hear that your order was canceled, and the authorization is still showing on your PayPal. I see that we’ve sent a request on 4/5 to have the authorization released. The time frame as to when the authorization is released is dependent upon PayPal’s release of funds process/policy.
