Pending authorization twice
My flex pay was denied after talking to several reps and being told that their system was the problem . I also tried online per your reps request and denied . Now after 2.5 hours and 8 attempts I have $265 approximate on hold with you . My bank states you need to release the two holds . I don’t have the equipment and I need it by Saturday for medical reasons you have tAken my money as an authorizations hold .

Hi @lf68, I apologize for this delayed response. I’ve taken a look and see that we’ve completed the reverse authorizations for the authorizations placed on your account. The time frame as to when the funds become available is dependent upon your financial institution.
