PayPal receipt is charged more than HSNRECEIPT

I placed my order with no problems. Placed it with paypal. I just received notice from my PayPal and bank that the amount charge was way more than what my HSN receipt states. Why is this?

Wow this company is NOT trustworthy at all…I have never heard of this happening anywhere else ever!

Paypal charging me $12.98 more than the total price of HSN’s email confirmation. That will go back down to oringal total price?

@maya221, I apologize for the misunderstanding. The $31.29 is the high authorization amount. It will drop to the amount of $25.45 when the order processes at midnight.
