I have a new HSN card & it’s not accepted as payment. Why have one?

I’m truly sorry that you’ve been unable to shop with your new HSN card, @mississippigirl2! After reviewing your account, I see that there are two different email addresses being used. The card is associated with the Bellsouth email. I recommend updating this, and your phone number, on your online account at hsn.com.
