Payment method not accepted?

I have never ordered from HSN before but I have attempted to several times and each time it tells me my debit card info can’t be accepted and to call customer service. It’s almost impossible to get a hold of someone in CS right now.

Can someone explain why my card can’t be added as payment?

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble checking out, @petitecharm. I looked into this and I see you have multiple accounts created with us that is causing the issue. For security reasons we’re unable to fix this here, you’ll need to speak with customer service directly to verify your account information. They can be reached at 1-800-933-2887 from 8am to 1am ET.

      That’s interesting. I tried to buy something years ago and the same thing happened and that was my first account created with HSN. My payment info should definitely not be stored in the system since it was never accepted so I’m still not sure what the deal is.

      I’ll try calling tomorrow. Thank you.
