I am so tired of speaking to a customer service rep telling them I think it is terrible that when a article is show especially tect or anything electrical you have to pay out of pocket to mail it back why when they say try it for 30 days don’t like send it back but they don’t say we don’t cover the return are they afraid of losing customers I don’t think so with money they make 3 items I paid for out of pocket and 1 cost me 14.00 the item was 34 so with the discount they give you is eashed away SAME ON YOU HSN

I can understand your frustration, @hobodell. Some items are shipped to you from an HSN warehouse with the return using Easy Return labels, while other items are shipped to you directly from a vendor (and must be returned directly to that vendor).

Our Easy Return labels cost $7.95 for packages under 5 pounds, and $9.95 for packages over 5 pounds. Some vendors do not participate in our EZ Return label program, which requires returns out of pocket.

Of course, anytime there is a damaged/defective/wrong item, or if you’re making an exchange, we do not expect you to pay for the return shipping. For these instances, we urge you to reach out to us so we can ensure return shipping is waived.
