Paper Bill was late again.
My paper bill was late so I went ahead and paid a larger amount then what was due. It was one day late, now today I get a bill for less than #2.00 and am also wanting on a return of 2 prs of shorts to show as credit and one pr was returned for exchange. Post office shows as received. Thank you.
PS I still think the exchanges should have shipping paid like QVC.

I show the shorts are still in transit to the warehouse. Once they arrive, it can take up to 8 business days to process your refund.
