Packing Slip VS Bill

Just spoke with customer service because my billing was higher than my packing slip. The conclusion: whoever did the packing slip couldn’t add. Now whose fault is that? I want my billing to be accurate and the same as the packing slip. Felt that it was handled rather matter of fact. Oh well, I guess that’s today’s world.
