Package still in packaging phase and wasn't able to cancel it…
On Friday evening I placed a craft order and a few hours later it went on free shipping. Over the weekend, I called customer service and the recording said there was a 30-40 minute wait to speak to an agent. I called the order placing number and I tried to cancel the item so I could reorder it with the free shipping and was told I could not cancel nor can I get credit for the free shipping. My order is still in “packaging” phase so I don’t know why I couldn’t cancel it. I spend a fortune on craft days and I don’t think it was right that I can’t get the credit for the free shipping since it was only a few hours after I placed the order. I’m an done with HSN..they just lost a good customer.

Hi @jcr1, I really am sorry to hear that you had a terrible experience regarding your order that was placed on 7/12. Just know that all of our orders process at Midnight ET and no changes can be made to the order. As a courtesy, I’ll be more than happy to issue a refund of $5.50 into Spendable Ka$h that you may use on a future purchase.

You’re lucky I called before and they said they could not change the free shipping & my packages were still in process. The only good thing was two of my items were no longer available in my size.
