Package still hasn’t shipped nor charged me
So For the past week my package said “packaging”, and I was assured two days ago, that my back age was at the warehouse the day before – so THREE days ago, and was getting ready to ship, and that I should get shipping confirmation, etc. (I was told this by a moderator here two days ago) now Delivery is supposed to be on the 10th; I’m getting really nervous now because there’s been absolutely no changes; I haven’t been charged, it still says “packaging”, I haven’t gotten a shipping notification/tracking, and It’s supposed to arrive on the 10th… via ground shipping. It’s been almost 3 days since I was told it would ship very soon and it still hasn’t. I’m getting worried because it’s supposed to arrive by the 10th, and there are only two business days between now and then. I was assured almost 3 days ago that the day before, it arrived at the warehouse and should get shipping confirmation very very soon… almost 3 days later and nothing yet…
I’m getting REALLY nervous now and am supposed to get this on the 10th. I created an update on my last thread but got no answer. It’s entirely waiting on HSNs side, and I’m starting to really get nervous. I’m not optimistic that my package can make it via ground in 2 business days :/ It should have been shipped by now to arrive on the 10th I’m thinking.
Any help or any rushing of the situation would be great.

In fact I paid 70 more dollars than the retail price so regardless, I should be getting this day 1, as the delivery date states. So I’d really like to know what’s going on please

I greatly apologize for the delay in the order status. The order has been authorized and the payment will process when the order ships from the vendor. An email confirmation will be sent regarding shipment.
