Package says delivered. Never received. Help please!
I ordered the 2 Smartwatches that were on special pricing over a week ago. Friday, UPS shows it was delivered. It was not. I received several packages that day, so I doubt it was porch pirates.
I really want those watches, one was a birthday present for my boyfriend. UPS is no help. They said they will do an investigation, but this time of the year, nothing will come of that.
Customer Service, please let me know what the next step will be. What do you need from me?

HSN Customer Service is pretty darn awesome. I called CS today and they are sending a new order out. I always feel so bad when I have to make these calls. I have made a few in my “lifetime” of tv shopping. QVC has usually asked for the item back if it’s broken or has opened in transit. The only thing they haven’t asked for is food. Many times, they will only give a partial refund. That’s never acceptable if I didn’t receive the item.
HSN on the other hand, has been extremely good about checking for fraud but also replacing items that 1) get lost after UPS “delivers” them, items are broken, leaking all over box, etc. I have never had any issues with rude CS or inefficient agents. They have always been so professional, kind, quick, and just lovely to deal with.

I received an email saying my package was handed to an individual but I never received it. I checked with all my neighbors. I am not sure what to do. Thank you for your time.

I had ordered a couple of things online for mothers day and a birthday gift. The order status shows delivered but I never received them and obviously do not need them now. What should I do?
