I recently ordered two Bali bracelets. One was supposed to be delivered either Friday or yesterday (Saturday). I was informed that the bracelet is being returned to sender because of an incorrect address. I checked my info on file and found that the address is correct. For some reason the house number was off by one digit. The same thing is occurring with the second bracelet which is still in transit and not due before the 4th or 5th of December. Can the house number be changed on this shipment? I love both purchases and would love to receive them. I tried contacting CS by e-mail last night and by phone late this morning. No response to my e-mail as yet and phone call has not been returned.

    Thanks for the info FLOMO. Unfortunately, both items are now with the Post Office. I will try to give them a call in the morning since they are closed right now. I will be very surprised if they will even attempt to change the house number. Funny, everything was correct on line. It was a packaging error. I think someone may need reading glasses because it happened a few times last year. USPS is not easy to work with.

    sounds like it was not correct if its off by one number,if its being shipped by ups you can call them and they can change it i had to do that once when my apt number was missing.Hope you get them!
