Orders stuck in packaging

I have had 2 Marla Wynne items stuck in packaging for 4 days. Can you please get it moving. Thanks

I’m experiencing the same exact issue. Placed my order on 8/12 (4 days ago) and it’s still in “packaging”. Not sure why orders seem to be taking so long to be shipped out.

  I placed two orders for clothing items on the 13th and both are still in packaging..Did get an email last night stating they were experiencing shipping delays and to now expect my orders late next week

  I’m truly sorry for any concern this delay has caused, @rachel87. Most orders are shipped right away, however, the shipping may not always update right away for various reasons including the shipping speed, or if there is an extended delivery. The estimated delivery date on your most recent order is 8/23. UPS tracking shows it was delivered today, 8/18. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

I’m truly sorry for any concern these two items have caused, @jadiva. After reviewing your orders, I see that they have a slightly extended delivery time over the other Marly Wynne items ordered. Although they are still processing, I can assure you that they will arrive on or before 8/6.
