Ordered January 04… Original due date was 18th, now they're saying February 02
I ordered a small kitchen appliance on the 4th which was supposed to arrive on the 18th. Sort of thought that alone was ridiculous, but that’s okay.
I call today (the 16) and they moved it to the 02. No email notification. Nothing.
This was my first and LAST order from HSN. This place is for boomers only. Awful. Just terrible. Absolute failure of a company. Must be ran by people with altzimers. Never again.
