Why do HSN have a Item Tracking option on their app that don’t work/not accurate/not up to date????

My order was deliveded to the wrong place. I tracked it to Phoenix AZ, i no longer live in Phoenix AZ I live in Dewey-Humbolt AZ you have the correct address in my file account. Please track this and either refund amount or fix and re send this item my shipping address is Po box 659, 13231 Prescott Street, HUMBOLDT, Az 86329. Thankyou
